Fund general arts

Randall C. Miller was president of the State Amusement and Vending Company, and was involved with numerous other businesses and enterprises in and around State College. For many years he served on the Board of Directors of the First National Bank of Centre Hall, now Northwest Savings Bank.   This fund was opened through a bequest in his will.

How Does it Help?

Effective philanthropy requires a lot of time and creativity - the same kind of focus and skills that building a business requires.

Dictionary.com defines stewardship as "the responsible overseeing and protection of something considered worth caring for and preserving".   This fund, and others which support the operation of Centre Foundation, provides stewardship for the future of Centre County.   It allows Centre Foundation to provide greater funding and services to local charitable organizations, as well as enhance our services to the donor community.
